Security forces on Wednesday arrested one overground worker of Lashker-e-Taiba (LeT) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir and recovered one Thaurrya satellite phone and 4 SIM cards from him.

Acting on a tip off, security forces raided the house of truck driver and LeT sympathiser Mohmmad Naseem Thakur of Narol village in Mendhar Tehsil of Poonch district and recovered one Thaurrya setellite phone, 4 SIM cards and incriminating documents, official sources told PTI.

On interrogation, Thakur revealed that the satellite phone and the SIM cards were given to him by LeT district command Abu Tallah on February 8 this year.

He was handed over to police and a case was registered against him. The Joint Interrogation Centre (JIC) will grill Thakur to get more information, they added.
