Indian troops arrested a Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist in a mountainous area of Udhampur district in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday and rescued four boys who had been taken in as fresh recruits.

Officials said the troops of 58 Rashtriya Rifles laid a trap in Killanwari area, about 190 kms north of Jammu, and arrested Riyaz Ahmad.

They rescued four boys in the age group of 13-18 years from Ahmad's custody.

The four would be handed over to the police that would return them to their families after investigations.
