MIG POLICE have registered a case of murder wherein a man was admitted to MY Hospital as an accident victim by those very people who had badly beaten him up. The victim, who had been beaten up for playing his tape recorder loudly later succumbed to his injuries.

On October 3, Kishorilal (50), son of Dhan Singh, had been admitted to MY Hospital with injuries. He was admitted by two persons who said they were his relatives and told doctors that the victim had met with an accident. The relatives had given a fake address while admitting him. Kishorilal was treated for around 10 days, but he succumbed to his injuries on October 13.

When a post-mortem was conducted, it was found that the deceased had died due to internal injuries, which he had sustained due to the beating. MIG police started investigating the case and found that on the day the deceased had been admitted to the hospital, his relatives Narayan and his son Manoj had beaten him up because he was playing his tape recorder very loudly. The father and son had objected to his playing the tape recorder at a high volume.

When Kishorilal was beaten up he did not feel any pain, as he was drunk. But he had sustained major internal injuries, which later caused his death.

It was Manoj who had brought Kishorilal to MY Hospital, but out of fear he gave fake address and name. However, when the police questioned the father and son, they confessed their crime. Both of them have been arrested.
