After performing pujas at Varanasi and Siddhi Vinayak temple in Mumbai for his son and bahu Ash to save them from the adverse effects of mangal, Big B is ensuring that everything turns fine for them.
After mangal, it is the shani dasha that has been haunting Bahchan family and to tackle this, a lavish nine-day Yagya on the banks of Saryu river is being performed which will extend till January 25.
Amitabh was suggested to perform Shani Shanti Yagya after pundits in Varanasi, Allahabad and Mumbai told him that shani in the seventh house and mangal in the fifth house in Ash's kundali is creating a Vaidhawya yoga for Ash. This means that the actress may become a widow if the couple gets married.
It is learnt that mega star Amitabh Bachchan, besides being religious is a staunch believer in astrology. Interestingly, for this reason he has even turned vegetarian.
Astrologer and tantrik of Ayodhya Sawami Haridayal Mishra is performing the said Yagya.
Scores of pundits are taking part in the Shani Shanti Yagya. Mishra said that the Yagya would conclude on January 25. The Magh Shukla Saptmi falls on January 25 in Rewati Nakshatra.
Earlier, Bacchans had decided to take bath in sangam on the occasion of Ardh Kumbh but put off the idea due to security considerations.
Swamy Haridayal said, he is in constant telephonic touch with the Bachchans. The Yagya is expected to nullify all the ill-effects in Ash's kundali and the duo can lead a long and happy life after marriage.
According to swamy, the 'poorna ahuti' on the auspicious day of Achala Saptmai would overcome evil effects of any planet whatsoever.
