Two persons, including the son of a village panchayat head, who were abducted by Maoists, were found dead at Kanaudha village in Bihar's Gaya district on Sunday.
Three persons were abducted by Maoists from the village last night. The bodies of two, bearing marks of multiple bullet injuries, and some Maoist literature were found near a drain at the village, Gaya (city) superintendent of police Ratnamati Sanjeev said.
One of the deceased has been identified as the son of the Kanaudha panchayat head.
Raids are on to rescue the third person kidnapped by the Maoists, he added.
