Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Babulal Marandi today expressed apprehension of 'horse trading'.
Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Babulal Marandi on Thursday expressed apprehension of "horse trading", asking how Chief Minister Arjun Munda was "confidently claiming majority" in the House despite four of his Ministers quitting the Cabinet.
"How can the Chief Minister claim majority when four Ministers quit and withdrew support to his Ministry. In a democratic system the people have the right to know the number from the Chief Minister," Marandi told reporters in Ranchi.

He said if the Chief Minister was so confident of his majority, "why not reveal them".
"I am sure there is a conspiracy by way of horse trading", Marandi alleged and added that the Governor should intervene in this regard.
