A mild intensity earthquake today shook some parts of Ajmer and neighbouring areas, but no loss of life or property was reported.
A mild intensity earthquake on Sunday shook some parts of Ajmer and neighbouring areas, but no loss of life or property was reported.
The earthquake, measuring 4.0 on the Ritcher scale, was observed in the range of 26 north latitude and 74.3 north-east longitude in Ajmer district, a Met official said Jaipur.

People in the cities of Ajmer, Pushkar, Kishangarh, and Beawar experienced the tremors around 11:39 this forenoon and came out of their houses.
No loss of life or damage to property has, so far, been reported, a district official said.
