Entrance Test: Students for B.El.Ed will be selected through an entrance test on June 19 conducted by the Central Institute of Education. Last date of Submission of application forms is June 9.
This year the college will also select candidates for English (Honours) based on the Combined Aptitude Test for English (CATE) which will be conducted by the university on June 9. Forms can be bought and submitted from May 20 to May 31 from the college.
Fee Structure: Fee for all programmes between the range of Rs 7, 680 and Rs 12,230 per annum.

Hostel Facility: Yes, for 250 students in 125 rooms on twin sharing basis. Construction of New Hostel Block has commenced. This enables the construction of 50 more rooms that can accommodate 100 women students on twin sharing basis, thereby increasing the present capacity of 250 students in residence to 350
Placement Cell: The college has an active placement cell. The companies, which approached for recruitment in the year 2009-2010 were Evalueserve; Essar Group; Google Inc, among others. The average salary offered to the students range between Rs 3 lakh to Rs 7.2 lakh per annum.
Famous festivals/ Events: Tempest, the Annual Festival of Miranda House, Manzar, international seminar cum inter-varsity parliamentary debating tournament and Dialectics, the national parliamentary debating tournament are among the famous events hosted by the college.
