Rajasthan Police have registered a case against Baran MLA (Independent) Parmod Jain ‘bhaya’ and three others for organising 13 child marriages.

He accused the administration of acting at the behest of the state government.
Reacting sharply, PCC chief Joshi said: “The government is trying to settle scores with political rivals through the district administration. The onus of preventing child marriages rests with the administration, which had failed in its duty.”
