Hockey India league
Before the start of the inaugural edition of the Hockey India League, Delhi Waveriders coach AK Bansal had said he would focus on each match and then move forward. Bansal’s strategy then sounded simple, but it worked well for the team, as they are perched on top in the league.
With the last league match on Thursday, Waveriders are in no mood to experiment.

“We will give our best, but at the same time give a break to key players ahead of the semifinal,” Bansal said on the eve of the match against UP Wizards.
On the other hand, the Wizards would like to go all out for a win, so that they don’t face Delhi in the semis. Wizards are 4th in the standings with 27 points.
