Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav would be visiting Rae Bareli on Tuesday to address a rally and review the development work going on there.
Gandhi, who made a whirlwind tour of her constituency recently, had accused the Samajwadi Party-led UP administration of being biased against Rae Bareli.
"The rally will expose the lies told by the Congress as we are going to present the list of developmental works being carried out in the district in past three years," SP leaders claimed.
The party is leaving no leaves unturned and has directed its MLAs and MLCs to galvanise over one lakh people for the rally, they added.
In his address, Mulayam is likely to list the Centre's "unfulfilled promises" including its refusal to release Rs 200 crore for roads under various schemes and its failure to set up 33 KV power station in the district, sources said.
