Maoists killed five members of the elite Jaguar force of Jharkhand on Friday evening by triggering a land mine explosion in Latehar district. HT reports.
Maoists killed five members of the elite Jaguar force of Jharkhand on Friday evening by triggering a land mine explosion in Latehar district.
The attack was targeted to eliminate DSP Kuldip Dwivedi who was returning to his headquarters at Latehar, about 165 km northwest of Ranchi. He had a miraculous escape.

The attack has also left five other jawans injured, two of them reportedly in a critical stage.
Dwivedi said, "Yes, the Maoists had indeed targeted me."
