The People's Democratic Party (PDP) on Friday called the NC-Congress government a total failure. Addressing a public gathering at the Simbal camp, PDP spokesperson Rangil Singh said that the important institutions established for maintaining transparency, like panchayats, urban local bodies, local bodies, State Accountability Commission (SAC), State Human Rights Commission (SHRC), Backward Area Commission (BAC), Public Service Commission (PSC), are lying defunct due to the neglect of these bodies by the coalition government.

Rangil Singh, stressing on the empowerment of youth, said that the party has a definite vision for the involvement of youth in various spheres of life. He added that PDP leadership is well aware of the burning demands of the border residents and the party had already included most of the demands in its manifesto.
