New traffic plan in place for Mayawati’s visit to Noida

“Vehicular movement from Sector 14A T-crossing till Mahamaya Flyover will be restricted from 3 pm to 7 pm," said traffic inspector Saiffudin Beg.

Motorists coming from Delhi's Mayur Vihar will have to take left turn from Sector 14A T-crossing and then right turn from IOC Gol Chakkar Crossing to reach Greater Noida via Rajni Gandha, Atta Peer, Botanical Garden, Shashi Chowk and Golf Course. Vehicles coming from Delhi via DND Flyway will be allowed to go through Rajni Gandha.

Those traveling from Delhi to Noida via Kalindi Kunj will have to go straight towards Sector 37 to take right turn.

Since no vehicle would be allowed on Mahamaya Flyover, commuters going to Film City will have to go to Atta Peer and GIP to take a u-turn from the Film City Flyover.

While traveling from Greater Noida to Delhi via DND Flyway, motorists will have to use the loop road at Sector 44 to reach Sector 37 Crossing before reaching DND toll plaza via Botanical Garden and Rajni Gandha, the traffic police department said.

During her visit, the Uttar Pradesh chief minister is to inaugurate parks and several other projects.

Mayawati will also address a gathering of around 40,000 BSP workers from western UP and Delhi.
