AFTER CLAIMING that the girl who murdered a man in a hotel room in Choti-Gwaltoli area was a call girl, the police are now saying that they might have jumped the gun in labelling the girl a prostitute, and the motive behind the murder was dispute over money for services rendered.

Now, according to police, the girl may have been raped by Rajesh and another person. The change in heart came about after the medical report indicated that she might have been raped, and that she was not habituated to sex. Now the police are looking for the other person. An identification parade of the employees of the hotel and some other suspects would be done.

The family of the victim has been traced and they have reached Indore. The girl told police that the deceased had brought her to the hotel on the plea that he would take her to Dewas. Then he brought another person and both of them raped her.
