NIA to complete 26/11 probe in 6 weeks: Pillai

Barely a week before the first anniversary of Mumbai terror attack, Union Home ministry has expressed hope of completing the investigation into the incident within next six weeks.

"National Investigation Agency (NIA) is likely to complete the investigation in four to six weeks," Union Home Secretary G K Pillai said while replying about the investigation into the 26/11 terror attack.

Stating that NIA was probing into the incident, Pillai said he expected the completion of investigation into the terror attack soon.

He was speaking to reporters here after reviewing Maoist situation in Orissa.
