Troubled Hollywood actor Nicolas Cage might return to play the lead in the sequel to 2007 movie Ghost Rider.
The 46-year-old is in talks with studio bosses to reprise the role of Johnny Blaze in the movie that is slated to go on floors at the end of the year, reports contactmusic.com.
The first film saw Blaze, a stunt motorcyclist, selling his soul to the devil to save the life of his father but that turned him into a flaming-skulled bike rider.
Cage will, however, be seen next in action-fantasy film The Sorcerer's Apprentice as magician Balthazar Blake, alongside actor Jay Baruchel. It is set for an August release here.
