Terming the UPA government as insensitive, Ram Madhav criticised it for remaining passive in bringing an end to Ramdev's fast.

Ram Madhav who was in town to take part in training programme of RSS, asked the union government to give up its stubborn stance and talk to Ramdev.

He said that the government should consider the feelings of the people on this issue.

Making an appeal to Ramdev to break his fast in the interest of the country, Ram Madhav said that it was also the wish of all nationalist and patriotic people.

On the question of black money, he criticised the UPA government saying that it (UPA) wanted to wriggle out of this issue to save the people involved in it.
