Hollywood heartthrob Robert Pattinson's much hyped sequel to vampire drama Twilight will not have any nude scenes, director Chris Weitz has clarified.
Weitz was forced to deny rumours of nude scenes in 'New Moon' after British actor Jamie Campbell-Bower joked
about stripping-off onscreen, Contactmusic reported.
The movie was rumoured to feature adult content after Campbell-Bower gave an interview suggesting several characters get fully naked in the film.
"I would like to put everyone's mind at rest and let them know that the Volturi (characters) are not naked! Jamie (Campbell-Bower) has what you might call a dry sense of humour.
"Anyway, be assured that, even though we do want the look of the Volturi to be a bit of a surprise, they are always as in the book, fully clothed," Weitz told celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.
Campbell-Bower, who plays a member of the Volturi vampire clan in the film had said, "We just all sit there, completely naked, for one scene. Yeah, it's me, Michael Sheen and Christopher (Heyerdahl); we just sit there, naked."
