Even as the boys in blue were bundled out by Sri Lanka, their women counterparts beat the Lankans to enter the semis of the T20 World Cup. India is also having a superb run at the Sultan Azlan Shah hockey tournament and Vishwanathan Anand has become the World Chess Champion for the fourth time. But few noticed these achievements.

“All seem to have overlooked the great run we r having at the azlan shah hockey tournament. go india go,” tweeted actor Shah Rukh Khan. Actress Shilpa Shetty joined in with: “Champion Viswanathan Anand retains his World Chess Champion Title.Cgrts VISHY!” on Twitter. “Vishy Anand is without doubt one of the greatest Indian sportsperson ever. What a champion! He makes us proud!” wrote actor Rahul Bose.
