Red Bull team principal Christian Horner angrily dismissed talk of a conspiracy against Mark Webber as “complete rubbish” after the Australian’s dismal weekend in Shanghai.
“Forget conspiracy. It is all about trying to get two cars to finish as high as we can. Anybody that thinks there is a conspiracy here against one, or either, driver doesn’t know what they are looking at,” he was quoted as saying.

Concerns dismissed
Shanghai: F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone has dismissed concerns over this week’s Bahrain Grand Prix after pro-democracy protests escalated and a militant group blew up a car in the capital Manama.
Ecclestone said he could see “no reason” why the race should not be a success.
