Pakistani terrorists enter Mumbai, start spraying bullets and exploding bombs. Soon they enter Nariman House and take hundreds, including many Israelis, hostage.
It’s an emergency. The government calls in the elite National Security Guard commandos. An Air Force chopper airdrops 12 men, who take position around Nariman House, and neutralise the terrorists. A message is soon flashed: "Two terrorists killed, two AK-47 rifles, two magazines recovered. Operation over."
The NSG commandos depicted the 26/11 terror attacks on the silver jubilee Raising Day function organised at Manesar on Friday.
The commandos showcased thrilling and spectacular operational exercises, exhibiting basic drills of counter-terrorist operations and the VIP security. Besides show-casing the para jumping skills of NSG men, spectacular display of precision, speed and daredevilry using helliborne para commandoes, the elite force also depicted a scenario to end a hostage situation in a Metro train in New Delhi.
After the terrorists were neutralised by the commandos, one of them tried to escape. But was soon chased by a dog from the NSG Dog Squad and didn't allow the terrorist to move even an inch till the commandos arrested him.
Also on display were capabilities of the most-widely used Bomb Disposal Team of the NSG. While 25 commandos showcased their karate and marshal art skills.
Not only the men were at their best during their show of skills, even the women force equally demonstrated its skill, stamina and mental robustness. Four women commandos displayed their excellent counter terrorist skills and hit all six targets with precision.
At the end, everyone who watched these daredevil men perform at Manesar were full of praise for our brave soldier who don’t hesitate to even lay their lives to protect us.
