One more star bus launched

WITH THE launching of a new bus service from Patel Nagar on Raisen Road to Gandhi Nagar, the number of star buses has gone up to 38 in the City. The Minister for Commerce and Industries Babulal Gaur on Tuesday flagged off this bus at Anand Nagar.

WITH THE launching of a new bus service from Patel Nagar on Raisen Road to Gandhi Nagar, the number of star buses has gone up to 38 in the City. The Minister for Commerce and Industries Babulal Gaur on Tuesday flagged off this bus at Anand Nagar.

This bus will start from Gandhi Nagar and pass through PGRV, Karond Square, Arif Nagar, Sindhi Colony, Bhopal Talkies Square, Bus Stand, Alpana Crossing, Bharat Talkies, Pul Patra, Capital Petrol Pump, Apsara Talkies, Govindpura Market, ITI, Jubilee Gate, Piplani Petrol Pump, Anand Nagar before culminating at Patel Nagar.

Gaur said that Bhopal City Link Limited would start buses for the villages around the state capital.

He said that this would provide a proper transportation to the students and citizens of villages and suburban areas. Gaur said that he had talked to the divisional commissioner to start star buses from Fanda on Indore road, Badjhiri on Bilquisganj road, Samardha on Hoshangabad road, Bilkhiriya on Raisen Road, Lambakheda on Berasia Road, Ratanpur Sadak on Shyampur Road and Balampur on Vidisha Road.

On the occasion, BCLL director Jitendra Tiwari informed that the time table of the star buses would be declared soon. He said that this would facilitate the citizens. The residents of Anand Nagar also welcomed Gaur on the occasion.
