Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad on Thursday accused Pakistan army of 'fully backing and guiding' Rangers in firing on civilian areas in the Indian side of the border and warned that such incidents would not be tolerated, he told reporters after visiting forward areas along international border (IB) in RS Pura.

"Pakistan government and Pakistan troops are not doing good and I feel sorry the way they are targeting civilian villages particularly disrupting the farming activities, activities of nomads and daily labourers", he added.
