Moninder Singh Pandher, awarded death penalty in the sensational Rimpa Halder murder case, has been shifted to jail hospital after he developed high blood pressure and sugar levels, jail authorities said on Thursday.

He was hospitalised after he complained of high blood pressure on Wednesday night. His condition is stable as sugar and blood pressure levels are under control, Jail Superintendent VK Singh said.
