Three coaches of a passenger train were derailed on Wednesday after a blast on a railway track in Assam, an official said. No casualties were reported.

The incident took place near Haflong, about 300 km from Assam's main city Guwahati, when Barak Valley Express was on its way from Lumding to Silchar in the state.
