Notwithstanding cool response to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's offer of talks by separatists alleging him of adopting "circutous approach", state Congress President Saifuddin Soz today said the invitation of the PM for dialogue was "unambiguous".

"PM is clear in his mind that the dialogue is the only way to sort out issues and his invitation to all shades of public opinion in Jammu and Kashmir to join dialogue process
is unambigous", Soz told party workers in Tral, 50 kms from here in Pulwama district.

Soz said Prime Minister's message to militants was also clear that they can join the dialogue process after abjuring the path of violence.

The JKPCC Chief said the Congress-National Conference government has a roadmap of development and it was determined to complete its programme.

Soz, a Rajya Sabha member, sanctioned Rs 10 lakh out of his MPLAD fund to the village.

J and K Revenue minister Raman Bhalla, who also addressed the gathering, assured the people that government would provide adequate relief to the farmers who have suffered
losses due to hailstorm and incessant rains.
