Nine days after Fadela Fuchs, a German national, complained about her daughter being sexually harassed by Goa Education minister Atanasio Monseratte's son Rohit, she now claims that the police ‘want’ her to withdraw the complaint.

“They (Goa Police) want me to decide what to do! They prefer that I withdraw the complain,” she said on Sunday. A researcher by profession, she has been living in Goa for the past 13 years. In her October 2 complaint, she claimed that Rohit had been sending her daughter lewd SMSs. She also claimed that the minister’s wife Jennifer had visited her and had requested her to withdraw the complaint.
