Praja Rajyam Party (PRP) would strive to ensure a peaceful life for the rebels who have quit Naxal movement, Chiranjeevi's younger brother and party's youth wing leader Pavan Kalyan said on Tuesday.
"I can simply announce that we will lift all cases against you if we come to power. But we should abide by the legal process. So, I say that we will definitely try to find a way out so that you can lead a peaceful life," Kalyan, chief of PRP's youth wing 'Yuva Rajyam', said.
Kalyan, himself a popular actor, was addressing a convention of former Naxalites in Hyderabad.
A large number of former rebels are set to join the fledgling party.
