The problem of hair loss can be attributed to bad weather, wrong shampoo/conditioner, medicines and diet. Here are a few home remedies to tackle the problem:
1.Massage the scalp with 2-3 drops of essential oil or a good vegetable oil. Wrap the hair in plastic wrap and place a warm towel around it. Leave it on for two to three hours. Shampoo the hair with a mild shampoo.
2.Eat a handful of white sesame seeds every morning.
3.Have yogurt everyday (avoid, if allergic to milk).
4.Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar tea to activate hair growth.
5.Mix warm castor oil with almond oil and massage it over the scalp at least once a week.
6.Grind lime seeds and black pepper in equal numbers in some water and apply it on the scalp weekly.
7. Scrub the bald portion of your head with onions till it becomes red. Then apply honey and wash it off. Do it once a day.
8. Massage coconut milk or aloe vera gel into the scalp and hair. Leave it for half an hour and rinse it with warm water. Repeat three times a week.
