Ankur, charged with the murder of two sons of a retired Delhi Police officer, was shot dead by some unidentified persons as soon as he stepped out of his car in Sarvodya colony on Friday night, police said.
Ankur received multiple bullet injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead.
Police have arrested the former police officer and three others after the victim's brother filed a complaint against them alleging that they were involved in the murder of Ankur.
In another incident, a cloth merchant, Javed, was shot dead by some robbers who looted Rs 3.50 lakh at Tronica City in GHaziabad.
