Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi today interacted with various delegations, party workers, and common people on second day of the two-day tour to his parliamentary constituency here.
"Rahul interacted with various delegations, party workers and other people during an open session at Munshiganj guest house, before leaving for Delhi this afternoon," party sources said here.
The Congress leader also met some people en route to Fursatganj airstrip in Rae Bareli, they said.
On a two-day tour to Amethi, Rahul had yesterday inspected the centrally-sponsored Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology and Steel Authority of India Limited plant, and expressed his displeasure over tardy pace of the projects.
He also held an interactive session with self-help groups under Rajiv Gandhi Mahila Vikas Pariyojana at Purab village and a meeting with the party workers, sources said.
