Rajasthan pin hopes on Watto

Like the inaugural season of the T20 league, Rajasthan Royals have won all their matches at home and Shane Watson is their most prolific scorer so far. It might be a coincidence, but Rajasthan are on a roll and are headed for a play-off berth. Kushal Phatarpekar reports.

Like the inaugural season of the T20 league, Rajasthan Royals have won all their matches at home and Shane Watson is their most prolific scorer so far. It might be a coincidence, but Rajasthan are on a roll and are headed for a play-off berth.

They will be pinning their hopes on Watson to deliver again when they clash against a prolific Mumbai Indians side on Wednesday at the Wankhede - a venue where Mumbai have yet to taste defeat this season.

Sachin skips practice
Sachin Tendulkar sprained his wrist during Monday's win against Sunrisers Hyderabad but it was not serious, an MI spokes-man said. The batsman skipped the team's optional practice on Tuesday and a final call on his availability for the match will be taken before the match. Tendulkar smashed spinner Karan Sharma for six and immediately signalled to the physio for treatment, before walking off.
