Yoga guru Ramdev is in Odisha on Wednesday to seek chief minister Naveen Patnaik's support for his campaign to bring back black money stashed abroad.
India was passing through a severe economic crisis and there was urgent need to bring back the money, he said.
"We are seeking Patnaik's support to build pressure on the central government to work on seven effective and result oriented procedures on the issue of black money," Ramdev told reporters.
He is expected to meet Patnaik later in the day.
Over the last few days, Ramdev has met Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Mulayam Singh Yadav, Telugu Desam Party's N. Chandrababu Naidu, Bharatiya Janata Party's Nitin Gadkari, Nationalist Congress Party's Sharad Pawar and Rashtriya Lok Dal's Ajit Singh.
