Fusilli pasta 100g
Olive oil 50g
Tomatoes whole 2 nos
Garlic chopped 10g
Fresh Mozzarella cheese 50g
Grated parmesan cheese 20g
Breadcrumbs dried 25g
Parsley chopped 10g
Thyme chopped 5g
Garlic powder 5g
Kashmiri chilli 1 no
Salt n Pepper
Boil the fusilli pasta in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
Cut the tomatoes into half, deseed them and cut into four pieces.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
Prepare garlic breadcrumbs by blending the breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme and garlic powder together in a mixer.
Fry the kashmiri chilli in hot oil and reserve.
To prepare the pasta,
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add chopped garlic and sauté.
Add the broccoli, fusilli, mozzarella cheese and toss.
Add the tomatoes, parmesan cheese and garlic breadcrumbs.
Check the seasoning.
Toss once more and put in the plate
Garnish with fried Kashmiri chilli.
Serve piping hot.
