Reject Moily Committee recommendations: IJP

IJP on Thursday asked the government to reject the interim report of the Veerappa Moily Committee.

"When HRD Ministry has said there is no paucity of funds to create infrastructure for accomodating extra seats then what is the problem? The report of the oversight committee should be rejected," IJP President Udit Raj told reporters in New Delhi.

Claiming that the teaching faculty of the country was working only eight to 10 hours a week, he said this should be increased.
