According to police, burglars took away cameras and other electronic gadgets worth Rs 20 lakh after breaking into a studio at Jacobpura area on Monday night.

The owner of the studio Venus Colour Lab lodged a complaint after he discovered the theft on Tuesday morning.

In a separate incident, around 12 armed men stormed into a house in Sikanderpur Sihi village on Monday night and thrashed the house owner before driving away with his tractor.

The robbers took owner Jaiprakash hostage and took him along with them. Later, they threw the victim out of the tractor. A case has been lodged with the Kherki Daula police station in this regard, a Gurgaon police officer said.
