Reliance World, jointly with IIT Bombay-incubated Company ThinkLABS Robo.in, has launched Robotics Camp (Robocamp) in 25 Indian cities for school students to enjoy their summer vacation through learning.
Camp will cater to school students in 80 locations across 25 cities in 15 states and in 12 locations in Mumbai itself between April and June and the companies said that the Robotics Camp will help young minds develop invaluable skills such as problem-solving, logical reasoning, critical thinking and creativity.
"Robocamp has been designed keeping the academic curricula in mind. Besides introducing participants to Robotics, the Camp will elucidate many principles of Science and Mathematics through interesting demonstrations and hands-on robot building sessions, Gagan Goyal, founder of ThinkLABS Robo.in, a pioneer in educational robotics and an alumnus of IIT Bombay said, "By partnering with Reliance World, we are able to take the Camp to 25 Indian cities at one go and offer participants the well-equipped and comfortable environs of Reliance World for learning," Goyal said.
At least 2,000 students are expected to participate in the Camp and all of them will get a certificate from Indian Innovators Association (IIA) of IIT, Goyal said.
