Coleen insisted their relationship is stronger than ever, and that both were in deep love with each other.

Rooney had made the revelation around three years ago.

"Wayne is dead caring. He makes me feel special and cheers me up with his sense of humour. I love him to bits and I know he loves me. That won’t change. I’m his biggest fan and I know he is The One. He’s the person I love and who I want to stay with for the rest of my life."

She adds: "Wayne calls me before every match he plays and from the moment I wake up in the morning I think about him all day. We love each other and that means we’re going to get married and be with each other as long as we live. He tells me he loves me all the time."

"When I’m with him, I’m really relaxed. He’s really caring. You wouldn’t think so on the pitch, but there is a soft side to him. I trust him completely," The Sun quoted the 20-year-old beauty as saying in her new book Coleen: The Biography.

She also revealed that Rooney loved her curvy body a lot, and that she had no plans to lose weight as other celebrities, because she knows that Rooney was fond of her curves. "Wayne loves my curves. I’ve always had a shapely waist. I’m a curvy woman and that’s just how I like it. I’ll certainly never be one of those celebrities who becomes really skinny. I just love my curvy bum and hips too much — and so does Wayne."

But, she added, " I’m quite conservative in the way I dress. Wayne and my dad would kill me if I wore anything too revealing."

After having nearly forgotten Rooney’s revelation, Coleen, who first met Wayne when she was 14, now looks forward to a golden future.

"Friends and family had warned me against dating him. They also tried to persuade me we were too young to set up home — but I have no regrets because I’ll stand by Wayne no matter what. And I had no hesitation when Wayne proposed. Nothing will come between us. We’d barely been together a year when Wayne got my name tattooed on his arm. Now we’re still happily together and I think it’s a lovely, lasting gesture," added Coleen.

With a five million-pound fortune of her own and a blossoming TV career, the Brit beauty has gone on to become one of the nation’s sweethearts. The couple shares a 3.5 million-pound, six-bedroom mansion in Cheshire’s posh Prestbury, and pride themselves on their grounded lifestyle.
