Rohtak MP Deepender Singh Hooda on Tuesday dedicated developmental projects costing about `100 crore to Kosli area of Rewari district.

Hooda laid foundation stones of new bypass costing Rs 43 crore in Kosli area and the project of widening of road in the sub-division at a cost of Rs 56 crore.

Hooda was in Kosli to attend a meeting of workers regarding Gohana rally scheduled for November 10.
Hooda said that stress had been laid on the development of infrastructural facilities in the state.

The state government has also fulfilled the long standing demand of this area by approving the construction of bypass in Kosli and this bypass would facilitate transportation in an efficient manner. He claimed that several development projects had come up in Kosli during the last eight-and-a-half years and due to this, Kosli sub-division was developing like a big city.

He said that this bypass would be 3.5km in length and would be completed within one year. It would connect Kanina, Rohtak and Rewari roads with each other and would ease congestion of traffic near bus stand and railway station.
