Salman Khan campaigns for Nath in Chhindwara

Film actor Salman Khan today addressed poll meetings and conducted road shows in support of the Union Minister for Commerce and Industries and Congress candidate from Chhindwara Lok Sabha seat, Kamal Nath.

The actor, popularly called as “Sallu” landed at Parasia helipad and held a road show along with Kamal Nath for nearly a kilometer long stretch.

Though he didn’t come out of the vehicle but waved enthusiastically to the cheering crowd lined on both sides of the road.

Later addressing poll meetings at Damua, Amarwada, Chourai, Pandhurna and Sounsar, he appealed to people to ensure the victory of Nath by a huge margin.

“I know that you people give lot of respect and love to Nath besides voting for him, but don’t forget to vote for him this time also,” Salman said.

He said that he was feeling jealous of Nath’s popularity and of love and respect he is showered with in his constituency.

“It’s good that Nath is not visible on the screen, otherwise things would have been very difficult for us,” he said.

Later, Nath who accompanied him for the entire day, thanked Salman for sparing time for him.
