WITH TRADITIONALLY decorated dandia sticks in their hands, small children merrily danced with ‘Pooch’ (Mascot of Pizza Hut) and tried to match his garba steps on the fourth day of Kids Karnival at Treasure Island Mall on Tuesday.
Dandia with Pooch was a daylong activity of the event on Tuesday. The Karnival began with dandia by the primary section girls from Queens’ College who came here along with their teachers. The children had meal at Pizza Hut under the special offer.
After garba there was talent show for kids, which included dance and singing contests. All the participants of these shows were presented prizes. A singing contest was held for the teachers who presented songs demanded by their students. The teachers won special vouchers for dedicating songs to the children. The Food Court again got crowded towards the evening when families started coming to the Karvinal with their children.
