After entering the top-100 of 50m and 100m breaststroke, Indian swimmer Sandeep Sejwal has now broken into the top-100 of 200m breaststroke event in the FINA world rankings.
Sejwal is number 69 now in the world rankings. This jump in rankings comes after he broke three national records in the 50m, 100m and 200m Breaststroke at the World Championships in Rome, Italy.
Sejwal thus became the first Indian swimmer to enter the world rankings in three events.
He and Virdhawal Khade are the only two Indian swimmers to have ever entered the FINA Top 100 Rankings.
