With the Monsoon session ending on Tuesday, Opposition Shiv Sena-BJP lashed out at the government for not tabling the Ram Pradhan committee report on the 26/11 terror attacks in the Legislature today.

Chief Minister Ashok Chavan had on the first day assured the Legislature that the Pradhan committee report along with the Action Taken Report (ATR) would be tabled before the end of the monsoon session and discussion would also take place.

Talking to reporters in Mumbai, BJP leader Eknath Khadse said if the government was sincere it could have tabled both the reports today itself in the Legislative council as the Assembly had been adjourned for the day.

Khadse said the government was scared of a debate on the issue because it will be thoroughly exposed.

Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Ramdas Kadam said their fears have come true as the government failed to to table the report today.

"We had suspected that the government was planning to table the report on the last day of the session to avoid debate," Kadam said.
