A TEAM of students of the Sagar Institute of Research and Technology reached the final rounds of the robotics competition organised as part of the inter-institute event Kshitij-2007 organised by the IIT, Kharagpur recently.
These students made a robot that works for 137 seconds. The students included Sudhir Gupta, Shramika Vajpai, Sebin Anthony, Sikhar Mal, Priyanka Harde, Manmeet Arya, Ravindra Thakur and Waseemul Rehman.
The chairman of the group Sanjeev Agrawal has appreciated their efforts. The students used simple things like four wheel, rubber modeling and ball bearings to make the robot. Assistant Professor Bharat Gupta was guide for the project.
