Six killed, 20 injured in road mishap

Six persons were on Jammu killed and 20 others injured when a bus rolled down into a deep gorge in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.

The mishap occurred when driver of the vehicle lost control over the bus, which skidded off the Bhaderwah-Doda road and rolled down into a deep gorge near Malnie area in Doda district this morning, they said.

Six people died on the spot and twenty others injured, seven of them seriously, they said, adding the seriously injured were airlifted to Jammu for their treatment.
