Ten days after the serial blasts in the city, police have released sketches of three suspected bombers.

Of the three suspects, police said they had specific information on the youngest, who'd identified himself as Faizan Ansari (21), a resident of Gomtipur area, to the cycle shop owner he visited on July 23. “He selected a used bicycle and gave me an advance of Rs 500. He came the next day and took it," the shop owner told the police.

The other two men, one in his 30s and the other between 45 and 50 years, were seen by locals planting bomb-laden cycles in Hatkeshwar and Danilimda, respectively.

The one at Hatkeshwar had an altercation with a vegetable vendor after which he shifted his bicycle a few meters away.

Anyone with information on the three can contact the following numbers: 9918406288 (Deputy Commissioner of Police Abhay Chudasama), 9925003502 (DSP RV Asari), (079) 25398549 (Crime Branch control room) and (079) 25630100-500 (main control room).
