Mangarita
Ingredients: 1 mango, skinned and seeded, 2 cups ice cubes, 1 cup Margarita mix (available readymade in the market), 1/3 cup Tequila, 2 slices of mango and lime for garnish, salt for the rim of the glass
Method: Blend all the ingredients in a blender till smooth. Salt the rim of the glass. Pour into a margarita glass. Garnish with mango and lemon slice. Serve chilled.

AA Mojito
Ingredients: 1 full ripe mango, 1tsp lime juice, 5-6 mint leaves, 1/2 cup lemon flavoured rum, 1/2 cup plain or flavoured, ice cubes and a separate chunk of mango to garnish
Method: In a blender, mix together the mango, lime, mint and rum. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice. Top it with flavoured soda and garnish with mint leaves and mango chunk.

Mango Colada

Ingredients:
2cup white rum, 1/2 cup coconut rum, 1/2 cup fresh lime juice,

3 cup fresh mango, 1tbsp sugar (depending on the sweetness of mango), ice cubes

Method: Blend all the ingredients and mix them well in shaker. Add the ice and blend the drink till the ice is crushed. Freeze the drink for 10 mins. Pour into a glass and relish. Recipe by Nikita Khattar, beverages consultant, Bora Bora

Mango Blast
Ingredients:
1 cup vodka, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 2 cups pineapple juice, 2 mangoes, a chunk of orange, 1 tbsp sugar
Method: Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend till it’s smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses and then add ice. Garnish with the orange chunk.

Caribbean Sunrise
Ingredients:
100gm fresh mango, 15ml crème de banana, 10ml lime juice, 35ml dark rum, 5 Grenadine
Method: Put the mango pulp, crème de banana, dark rum, lime juice and the grenadine in a blender. Add 2-3 cubes of ice and blend thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a hurricane glass over the ice.

Aami Sochutini
Ingredients:
1 cup sochu, 1 cup mango juice
Method: Mix the two in a shaker, pour in a glass, chill for 10 minutes and serve.

Mango-n-Ginger Ale
Ingredients:
4 cups chilled ginger ale, 4 cups chilled mango pulp, 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice, a few lemon slices for garnish, 1 bowl crushed ice
Method: Mix together the ginger ale, mango pulp and lemon juice in a large pitcher. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice, garnish with lemon slices, and serve chilled.

Mango Virgin Mojito
Ingredients:
2 small mangoes (600 gm), 1/3 cup lime juice, 2tbsp sugar syrup, 1.5 cup ice cubes, sugar, as per taste
Method: Blend the ingredients and shake in a mixer. Pour in a tall glass and serve chilled.

Mango-lada
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango chunks, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/3 cup cream, 4 tbsp lime juice
Method: Mix all ingredients in the blender and make a smooth puree. Pour into a long glass, and garnish with mango and lime slices.

Mangoberry Cooler
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mango chunks, 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/3 cup strawberry puree, sweet-n-sour lime soda, ice cubes
Method: Mix together mango, pineapple, orange juice and strawberry puree. Fill a long glass with ice cubes and pour the mixture over it. Gently pour the sweet-n-sour lime soda over it. Garnish with lime, pineapple or mango chunks and serve chilled.
