Sushmita's Karma Aur Holi finally releases in March

After her ambitious directorial venture Rani Laxmibai got shelved, here's something Sushmita Sen can rejoice over. Her much-delayed Karma Aur Holi (earlier titled as Karma, Confessions and Holi) is all set to release in March 2009.

The film that is written and directed by New York based Manish Gupta also stars international supermodel Naomi Campbell. The film is co-produced by Drena DeNiro, daughter of legendary Hollywood actor Robert DeNiro. It also stars underground rapper Sticky Fingaz & Vincent Pannetta. The Indian cast includes Randeep Hooda, Rati Agnihotri, Suresh Oberoi, Deepal Shaw apart from Sushmita Sen.

Karma aur Holi is the first Bollywood and Hollywood joint production with mainstream stars from both the film industries.

The film deals with relationships of many dimensions, their conflicts and resolutions on the day of Holi signifying a new beginning.
