LILTING MUSIC, rollicking dances, humourous skits and plays laying stress on social values were part of a highly entertaining cultural programme staged at Ravindra Bhavan on December 1, 2006. The air was charged and the atmosphere eclectic as the hall reverberated with audience applause.

The high standard of performance bore testimony to the rich artistic tradition of the school. Acting skills displayed in the plays, ‘Cinderella and Magic wand’ and ‘Mitrata ki Misal’ won plaudits.

The item ‘Unity is Strength’ depicting the need of the hour, captivated the audience. Highlight of the programme was the sequence of scintillating regional dances in worship of deity with gaiety.

Songs, both folk and modern were also sung with gusto by different groups and the programme was compered by young students, which won an acclaim.

IGP, Railway Police, Madhya Pradesh Aruna Rao, IPS was the chief guest on the occasion. Addressing students, parents and staff, she complimented the school for maintaining high standards in both co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
School director Savithri Natarajan proposed the vote of thanks.
